1. Service Overview

VoiSpark ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered platform for text-to-speech (TTS), voice cloning, voice generation, and voice modification (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website (www.voispark.com), APIs, or partner-hosted tools, you agree to these Terms.

Key Features:

  • Generate synthetic speech from text.
  • Clone voices with minimal audio input.
  • Modify existing recordings (non-real-time).
  • Export audio in MP3, WAV, and other formats.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • Be 18+ years old or meet your jurisdiction’s legal age.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including export regulations.
  • Not be on any prohibited sanctions list (e.g., OFAC).

3. Accounts & Registration

  • Accuracy: Provide truthful information during signup.
  • Security: You are responsible for account activity and password protection.
  • Termination: We may suspend accounts for violations or inactivity.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Free Tier: Access basic TTS and voice cloning (10,000 characters/month).
  • Paid Plans: Unlock HD audio, commercial rights, and priority support.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime via your dashboard.
  • No Refunds: All sales are final, except as required by law.

5. Licenses & Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of inputs (text/audio) and outputs (generated voices).
  • License to VoiSpark: Grant us a non-exclusive, global license to process your content for Service operation.
  • Prohibited Use: Reverse engineering, resale, or unethical applications (e.g., harassment, deepfakes).

6. Intellectual Property

  • VoiSpark Ownership: The Service’s code, design, and models are our property.
  • Trademarks: "VoiSpark," logos, and related marks are owned by us.
  • DMCA Policy: Report copyright violations to [contact@voispark.com].

7. Disclaimers & Liability

  • "As Is" Service: No warranties for accuracy, uptime, or fitness for purpose.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
  • Cap on Damages: Liability limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration: Disputes resolved via binding arbitration (JAMS rules). Class actions waived.
  • Governing Law: California law applies.

9. Third-Party Services

  • Hosting Partners: Partner deployments may have additional terms.
